 Frigette has been a leading manufacturer of climate solutions since 1954 across numerous industry sectors-automotive, military and R.V.  Custom applications can be built from the ground up using high quality components, scientific engineering and field testing in all seasonal environments.

Frigette helped pioneer an emerging market to help truckers.

Over 8 years ago, Frigette researched and understood the trends affecting long haul truckers. New EPA idle restriction rules were emerging, fuel prices began escalating and driver comfort was becoming more important.  Building upon the strength of our 50 year company experience, the APU product began its evolution to deliver performance, value and financial payback against wasteful idling practices in the trucking industry.  When you compare the features and benefits of the Frigette APU, you will appreciate the result of our vision and hard work to make life easier on the road.

Industry feedback reveals that APU integration can affect new truck warranties, and potentially disable a truck from delivering its load.   Unlike many competitors, the Frigette Truck Climate System is engineered as a “Stand-Alone” product that does not integrate into sensitive OEM engine/wiring or HVAC systems.  This offers you peace of mind for a tough trucking environment.

Frigette sources quality components from leading suppliers such as Kubota, Newage, Bosch, Intelli-Power, Parker, and Gates just to name a few.  Our capability as an in-house manufacturer of plastic and metal fabrication, wiring harnesses, along with wind tunnel environmental testing offers the customer a high level of product performance.

Our manufacturing base is located in Fort Worth Texas, and is a verified technology of the EPA SmartWay Transport Partnership program to save fuel and prevent greenhouse gas emissions.
